Friday, Food & a Full Body

Thursday I participated in what will go down as one of the sweatiest Ashtanga classes EVER.

Of course, my mat towel was in the laundry so, about 5 minutes in, I was doing warrior pose on a slip and slide.

I felt AH-MAZING when I left.   I sweat out all the Prosecco from the night before and felt so refreshed.

Also on Thursday, these flip flops arrived that were purchased because Shaeffer told me to!

Friday

I started the day with a spin class with my favorite spin instructor, Lana. (Here is where I must confess that my dear friend, Noreen, teaches spin and I also adore her as a spin instructor Red heart)

I zoomed home after class, peeled off the my clothes only to put on another set so Justin and I could head to the gym to lift.

Food First!

I asked Justin if he would come up with a Full Body workout for me and he did not disappoint.  It was a good one!

So good, that I didn’t even get to the bicep/triceps supersets.  It took me an HOUR to get through the first four (4) supersets and I was toast.

The rest of the day was spent trying not to eat everything in site! So hungry.

We hung out with Justin’s Dad and Step-Mom Friday night.

Jane made Ham & Beans with cornbread, salad and mint cake.  Talk about delicious!
