Yesterday started with peanut butter toast and a banana.
Sara is so good. This was as close as she got while I took about five (5) pictures, but I know it took everything she had not to lick that peanut butter. (don’t worry she gets lots of yummy treats)
Once everyone was on their way for the day, I headed to a spin class and then stayed to lift weights.

As soon as I arrived home,
I got busy making a smoothie.
Later in the afternoon, I snacked on some chips and a Quest bar.
Was half of a chicken breast, a chicken thigh and Brussels sprouts salad.
Yesterday was Girls on the Run practice, but Justin hurt his back so I needed to be here to get our clients home and settled.
I had a pretty good headache in the evening. I’m not sure if it’s the No Sugar thing or if it was a tension headache since I have a lot going on this week. Either way, I ate some saltine crackers and drank some water and it eventually subsided.
By the way, today is Day Three of #runningfromsugar!
