Here is my goal poster that is on my refrigerator and bathroom mirror.
As you can see, I listed the exact foods I am going to steer clear of along with why I want to do this and how I plan to do it. I also put the start and end date for the whole challenge along with three (3) smaller goals, every 10 days, after which I will buy myself a reward.
As you can see, by the end of this I will have a new outfit from Lululemon!

It will not only serve as a daily reminder to you but as a little nudge to anyone else that has been thinking they need to ease up on the sweet stuff.
