TODAY IS THE DAY!

Here is my goal poster that is on my refrigerator and bathroom mirror.

As you can see, I listed the exact foods I am going to steer clear of along with why I want to do this and how I plan to do it.  I also put the start and end date for the whole challenge along with three (3) smaller goals, every 10 days, after which I will buy myself a reward.

As you can see, by the end of this I will have a new outfit from Lululemon!

It will not only serve as a daily reminder to you but as a little nudge to anyone else that has been thinking they need to ease up on the sweet stuff.

    I will not consume cookies, ice cream, candy, chocolate bars, cheese cake, donuts, sodas, or sweet tea. I will not consume chips, French fries, or alcohol.

    Why:
    More energy, Decrease social anxiety, Improve mood, Weight loss, improved complexion

    How:
    Lots of water (at least 3L/day).
    Consume fruit when the craving cannot be shaken off.
    Eat three clean meals a day and 2snacks.
    Wheat grass and/or organic greens daily.
    Warm tea or unsweetened tea.

    When:
    4/19/15 to 5/19/15

    Rewards:
    TBA :) (haven't thought of them yet)

    Why: Weight loss, better nutrition!!!!
    How:
    I will try To drink more water!! I normally drink maybe 1 L a day (i know, BAD!!!)
    More vegetables, less processed food. Fruits are ok!
    Eat three clean meals a day!
    Improve dinner! Usually my worst meal!!

    When:

    Rewards: A "leaner" me!!!

  3. Shannon and I are going to join you. Here is our plan:

    What: We will not eat ice cream, Theo's Salted Almond Dark Chocolate, bakery items, candy, and alcohol.
    Why: More energy, fit into clothes better, better health, and a wedding to get ready for! 😍
    How: To use our support system (each other, plus this blog), eat 3 healthy meals daily, with one or two healthy snacks, and drink plenty of water and/or green tea.
    When: 4/19 - 5/19
    Rewards:
    Mary's
    4/29: new pants for work
    5/9: new shirt for work
    5/29: new shoes for work
    Shannon's
    4/29: new pair of jeans
    5/9: new movie, book or music
    5/29: new sneakers

    I will not eat pasta, chips, pretzels, bread, cookies, donuts, or anything gluten.

    Why:
    Lose a few pounds, allow myself to start to love me again, stop the obsession, and improve my food choices. Really, mainly I want to look good, lol.

    How:
    ~Gallon of water daily.
    ~Eat three meals a day and 2 protein snacks.
    ~Stay active, including walks settings the hood after work.
    ~Reconnect with friends to keep me busy
    ~Allow fruit 2x a day

    When:
    4/19/15 to 5/19/15

    Rewards:
    Those hot pink workout pants and Brooks running shoes I've had my eye on the last 2 weeks.
