Reheat and Eat

Yesterday started with a hot bowl of oats with eggs.

After getting our group home clients up and on their way for the day, I headed to a super sweaty spin class lead by my favorite teacher, Lana.  When I arrived, she declared that she recognized me last class but couldn’t figure out how and then it dawned on her…

Back at home

I grabbed a Quest bar and some pineapple before Justin and I headed to the gym, where I did back and biceps.

As soon as we got home, I headed straight to the fridge for some falafel, tomato, tzatziki and warm pita.

I finished up knitting another scarf and started on a headband.

was spaghetti squash with Mexican-style meat sauce.

Holy Smokes! This meal is so freaking good!

It was so nice having all our meals for the day ready to reheat and eat.  When we are tired and hungry, there are no excuses, it’s all right there waiting for us.
