This is going to be short and sweet because I want to hop on the treadmill before I let myself get sucked into my book or crocheting or pretty much anything else besides burning calories.
Yesterday started with an hour on the elliptical. While reading.
(That’s about as close to a progress picture as I am going to get right now.)
I just didn’t feel like doing it. I wanted to sit on my fanny with a good book and a cup of coffee. I knew that wasn’t going to get me closer to my goals, so I put on some NEON and took my book with me to the elliptical.
I also did a back workout and was glad when that was over as well. It was just one of those days.
I have found myself in that place where my to-do list is getting thick and heavy so it makes me not do ANYTHING. Instead, I end up crawling into a book to forget about it.
Meal #1: Egg whites, whole eggs, gluten free toast
Meal #2: Turkey burgers, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts
Meal #3: Handful of gluten free pretzels
Meal #4: Turkey burgers, brussel sprouts
from yesterday included receiving the BIC bands that ordered:
And a big fat box of coffee!
Sometimes I think I order stuff just because I like getting packages delivered!
It’s so exciting when I hear the door bell ring (and then I wait so I don’t actually have to see or talk to anyone) and then there it is! Just for me!
Okay, time to lace up my running shoes and hop on the treadmill. I need to get some endorphins pumping and tackle that To-Do list today!
