Yesterday started at the track with a friend.
It took us an hour and was sooooo FUN! I love doing lunges and it was so satisfying to know we did 400 meters of them.
Once I arrived home, I leashed up the girls and took them for a 2.5 mile walk. They were thrilled and it gave my legs a chance to cool down.
Time to Eat
First up: Oats with Protein
Meal #2: Chicken thighs, quinoa, roasted broccoli
For dinner, we met up with Justin’s family at an Italian restaurant, Café Italia. We love that place.
I was really trying to steer clear of any gluten so I didn’t have any of the bread with oil and cheese. Oh man, it was so hard. That stuff is GOOD!
Instead, I had the salmon and asparagus in a lemon butter sauce.
We ended the night over at Justin’s Dad’s house drinking wine and chatting.
This morning, I’m up and heading out to a bootcamp with some of my fellow competition girls.
