It’s Friday! And yesterday was Thursday, and this is what I did:
That pretty much sums it up.
I started the day with a 5 mile run. It started raining on me toward the end and it was so refreshing. It was a warm and humid run yesterday morning so I welcomed the cool rain on the way home.
Once home, I cooled off a bit and then headed downstairs to lift weights. (sorry the font looks like that, I have no idea why making it a picture did that to it)
Meal #1: Egg whites and gluten free toast (forgot to take a picture so here’s an oldie!)
Meal #2: Chobani Apple Cinnamon yogurt with gluten free granola
Meal #3: Chicken, brown rice with peas and carrots
Meal #4: Hamburger, green leaf lettuce, red onion, blue cheese dressing
Meal #5: Chicken breast dipped in mustard (forgot to take a picture again, but I’m sure you know what chicken breast with some mustard looks like!)
So that’s about it. Nothing too exciting yesterday. Justin played golf with is Dad and I did pretty much nothing.
