Man, I feel good this morning!
I felt great yesterday morning too! Woke up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at 4:15am.
I think the girls wish I would sleep in some days!
I was excited to start my day yesterday because I had plans to meet my friend, Noreen, for a long run. We’ve gotten a little behind on our long runs, but just by one week.
We met up and ran 8 miles. It felt great!
Meal #1: Two egg cups and a banana
Meal #2: Oats with protein powder and a banana
Meal #3: Two hamburgers (they were on the small side) with mustard and ketchup with roasted brussel sprouts
Meal #4: Chicken thighs and brussel sprouts. I forgot to take a picture.
Meal #5: Hamburger with chunky blue cheese dressing and a salad
I also ate a couple of these mini ice cream sandwiches in the afternoon!
The brand is SoDelicious and they are Neopolitan! And mini! And dairy free!
I stuck gum in my mouth after dinner so I wouldn’t eat the rest of the box!
I better get moving. It’s Title Boxing time!
