I love everything about Spring.
I love sitting outside in the early morning. The air seems fresher during this time of the day, it’s still cool and crisp out.
We had a great weekend!
We helped my Grandparents move into a new house on Saturday. Justin and I, along with most of my brothers and sisters, parents and a couple of cousins were all there. Unfortunately, the camera got left in the car.
It was a long day and we were tired and sore by the time we got home! It’s always fun being around my brothers and sisters, though, and no matter what we are doing, laughter is always a part of it!
Sara is a very intense watch dog. She takes her job very seriously. Sometimes she brings Tiger for back up.
I managed to strain my elbow somehow on Friday. When I got home from Title Boxing it was hurting so bad! I iced it and Justin rubbed it like crazy Friday night (and Saturday night and last night), but it was still tender. It feels better this morning but I’m not going to Title Boxing until Wednesday to give it a little more time to heal.
I spent a lot of time outside this weekend, as we had gorgeous weather!
Meal #1: Oats with chocolate protein powder
Meal #2: Plain, nonfat Chobani yogurt (1 cup), one scoop chocolate protein powder, drizzle of honey, 1/2 cup of Udi’s gluten free granola
Meal #3: Homemade burrito bowls
Meal #4: Snacked on some gluten free pretzels
Meal #5: Another burrito bowl!
