I felt great yesterday! So full of energy and motivation. Welcome back estrogen, welcome back.
After getting our morning routine done, I headed to the hospital to spend the day with Grandma and Grandpa. Yes, he is still in the hospital. He actually went home on Monday and was right back in on Tuesday morning because he felt like he couldn’t breath. So, he’s going to be there for awhile, followed by some rehab and maybe even some skilled nursing after that. He looked good yesterday.
I love spending time with those two.
I started the day with Title Boxing! It was great, as usual! As I started driving home, a rainbow greeted me!
It was so neat! Rainbows rule.
I wore my fit bit to Title Boxing and here is the breakdown:

It was so cool to see how it all broke down, but only 546 calories?! I was pretty surprised. I need to take it up a notch. I thought I was a lot closer to 1,000 calories.
My meals weren’t all that great. I need to remember to pack food for my trips to the hospital. The hospital he is in is an hour away from us, so it’s an all day affair when I go and I need to have food with me.
Meal #1: Oats with protein
Meal #2: Mini taco salad with Grandma in the hospital cafeteria.
Meal #3: Peanut butter toast when I got home from the hospital
Meal #4: Papa John’s pizza: Had one slice of pizza and shared some buffalo wings with Justin. Also ate some cinnamon bread thingy.
Time to lace up the running shoes and get moving! See you tomorrow!
