Happy Monday! I mean, TUESDAY!
It feels like Monday because yesterday was a total waste. I spent most of the day in bed with cramps. I woke up at 4am with my uterus on fire and before I knew it, I was siiiiick. I mean, sick. Ugh.
If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you know this is nothing knew, but it still stinks. The worst was actually over by 8am, but I felt so worn out all day.
I got a lot of crocheting done. I finished the baby blanket I was working on and started another blanket. I’ll post pictures as soon as I finish tying in all the ends, which is my least favorite part of crocheting!
I managed to make it to the grocery store with Justin for the bare necessities. I had a meal on my mind that I wanted to cook for dinner.
My sister, Vann, posted this meal and I couldn’t quit thinking about it! It was so good! The only ingredients I changed were using gluten free shell noodles, frozen broccoli (instead of fresh) and Al Fresco’s Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage!
Ha! That’s ALL the ingredients except for the 98% fat free broccoli and cheese soup. It was the same concept though! HyVee didn’t have any turkey sausage yesterday and I had shell noodles and frozen broccoli on hand.
I will definitely be making this again. It came together fast and easy, made a lot, and tasted delicious!
