I had a great day yesterday. Justin played golf with his Dad so I ate boiled eggs!
I also went shopping.
I also ate some oats with protein powder and a banana.
I got a couple of cute, casual things while shopping but I mainly went to get Justin some stuff….so I guess Justin had a really good day! ha!
Besides eating boiled eggs and shopping, I also crocheted.
There’s a new baby in the family, so I am making him a blanket. I am using yarn that is 77% bamboo and is sooooo soft. I am in love with it!
I am also in love with peanut butter and plum jelly on gluten free toast.
I received my FitBit yesterday!
I am so excited to see what my activity level is throughout the day and how I sleep! I also linked it up with MyFitnessPal and plan to keep better track of my diet and exercise with that as well.
Whatever it takes, right?
For Lunch, I took some leftover chicken, veggies and broth from a crockpot chicken I made on Thursday and put it in a small pot on the stove. I added a little water to bulk up the soup and brought it to a boil. Then I added frozen peas and gluten free Annellini noodles and cooked for a couple of minutes until the noodles were done.
It was so good and came together to fast!
We had a sitter last night, so we met up with Justin’s Dad at his house for a couple of glasses of wine before heading out to eat.
We went to Café Italia again. Justin’s Dad hadn’t been there since they opened at their new location and we were looking forward to going back.
They started us with their super yummy homemade bread and cheese and olive oil dip.
We ordered an antipasto plate, but it wasn’t that great. The olives with celery and onion were the best part.
My meal started with a salad.
For the main course: Angle hair pasta with tomatoes, basil and garlic. It was delicious!
