Wow! March 1st! Now is when I would normally say, “Spring is almost here”…”I can’t wait for Spring”, but it’s been Spring all Winter! Not complaining.
February was a great month. I exercised 19 out of the 29 days. I am missing several sweaty head pictures but you get the idea. I am a mess and I like to take pictures of myself at unflattering times!
Now, if I can just reign in my diet…….
I started the day with Title Boxing (see picture in bottom right corner), did my normal morning routine at home, then headed down stairs to lift weights. (Here the link for Ryan’s shoulder move, I don’t know what else to call it!)
Meal #1: Oats with chocolate protein powder
Meal #2: Protein pancakes with about a tablespoon of peanut butter and a honey drizzle
Meal #3: Lunch at the Jazz: Grilled chicken, veggies, new potatoes
Meal #4: Turkey chili
Meal #5: Chicken with a salad
Hope everyone has a great start to the month of March! It’s time to lace up my running shoes!
