Good Morning and Happy Friday!
Piper is feeling much better. I’m so glad to see her improving and getting her energy back each day because we are going out tonight and I hate leaving my animals when they don’t feel well.
Yesterday was spent doing laundry and being sore and tired. I am more sore today, of course, but yesterday I felt tired and a little irritated and nauseous. Which means, I made No Bake Cookies and ate way too many of them.
Geez. I need help, Friends. I am on the food train to HELL!! We are eating out way too much. I am snacky and just want to eat SUGAR!!
Yesterday, I did not want to do cardio but I dragged myself downstairs and onto the elliptical, with my Nook and played Scrabble for an hour! Sure I got sweaty and I burned more calories than if I had done nothing, but if I’m able to play Scrabble while doing cardio, clearly I’m not working hard enough!
I know what I need to do, but pleeeeeease leave a comment and tell me what to do anyway! I need to hear it.

Meal #1: Gluten free toast with egg whites and Canadian bacon
Meal #2: A sleeve of Club House crackers and some potato chips!
Meal #3: Smokehouse BBQ: Salad with turkey (which I dipped in ranch dressing as I ate)
Meal #4: No Bake Cookies
Meal #5: Chinese food (Kung Bao Chicken with Broccoli).
Yikes! See what I’m doing to myself!
I need a pep talk.
I need to get my head out of the cloud of sugar and clean up my diet!
I also need to quit eating food I know my body doesn’t like (egg yolks, dairy, gluten!) I ate all of those things yesterday and my stomach was very upset with me! Eek!
Today is a new day, right? Right.
