Monday Love

Yesterday was awesome. I love Mondays.

2012March 011

I love Mondays because I get to start my day with Title Boxing and end my day with Ballet!

I am so sore this morning, I can hardly pick up a cup of coffee and I don’t think there is a muscle from my belly button down that is working properly.

I need a foam roller and I need to stretch. A lot.

Besides exercising, we made a run to the grocery store, office supply store and I took a nap outside in the sun.

Gosh, all that rain we got last week made everything come ALIVE around here. It is so beautiful. The grass is so thick and green, the trees all bloomed and now the leaves are coming and the air smells like fresh cut grass.  Love this time of year!

We were super low on groceries yesterday! Thankfully, we had some left overs from the family dinner to eat on before our trip to the store.

We stocked up. I am looking forward to firing up the grill today and getting some food cooked up for the rest of the week.

Workouts

  • Title Boxing
  • Ballet class

Meal #3: Baked potato with chili.  It was so ugly, I didn’t take a picture! It was also super delicious!

Meal #4: Godwin bar cookies, regular brownies (leftover from family dinner)

Meal #5: Taco salad (ice burg lettuce, spinach, lean ground beef, just a little cheese, salsa, black olives

I was so hungry when I got home from ballet. Luckily, Justin had fixed taco salads and I got to grab a plate as soon as I walked in the door. Thanks, Babe!

I was also so tired, but The Voice and Dancing with Stars was on so I ended up staying up until 10pm watching it all.

I recorded DWTS and watched it after The Voice but forgot it was a recording and watched almost every darn commercial until about the last 20 minutes. Don’t you hate when that happens? I was fighting to stay awake to watch it too!

I hope everyone had a great start to their week. See you tomorrow!

  1. That's so fun that you are taking a ballet class! I bet that helps break up the exercise rut. And I do that alllll the time with my DVR, forget I'm watching something that's recorded and waste a bunch of time on commercials.
