Happy Monday Morning, Friends!
Sorry about not posting all weekend! I slept in each day and rested all weekend. It was great!
- Visited with a CAbi consultant Friday morning to check out their Spring clothes and purchased a few cute pieces!
- Made Mmmm Sauce
- Celebrated family birthdays Saturday night!
- Started training for my first Half Marathon Sunday morning. I decided to follow Hal Higdon’s Half Marathon training plan. Which has me running less during the week and then one long run on the weekend. I think I am going to like the 3 mile runs during the week because it will help me increase my speed.
- Ate Sugar (Sister in Law made gluten free cake and cupcakes for the birthdays! Yum!) I also ate WhoNu cookies and chocolate/vanilla yogurt!
- Friday: Title Boxing
- Sunday: Ran 4 miles
I hope everyone had a great weekend! I didn’t participate in the Sweat to Street, AGAIN, because I didn’t get a picture of my outfit Friday morning OR Saturday night! Darn it. I’ll try again this week!
