Another Will Patterson shot from the mini shoot. Not my favorite.
Yesterday was another low carb day and I was starting to feel it. Tired.
Workouts:
- 60 minutes fasted morning cardio:
- 15 minutes on elliptical
- 30 minutes jogging on treadmill
- 15 minutes on elliptical
- At home weights - Back
- 45 minutes evening cardio – elliptical
Justin lifted weights with me and then he did an Insanity DVD while I laid on the couch and almost fell asleep cheered him on.
Food:
Meal #1: Oats with protein
Meal #2: Egg whites
Meal #3:
Meal #4:
Meal #5: Shrimp stir fry
I felt snacky most of the day. I ate one whole pickle, 24 almonds, two sugar free Jell-Os and lots of sugar free gum! I never felt hungry (because I eat a ton of food) but just that nagging, snacky feeling!
I saved my shrimp stir fry for after my evening cardio as a treat. I can not find the words to describe the yumminess of this meal! Adding peas and petite green beans just put this, already favorite dish, over the top! Those two veggies are now a staple in my stir fry’s!
The third low carb day in a row is always the hardest, but I made it through and now I get to enjoy today’s high carb day! Bring on the sweet potatoes!
